Location Tour

The Moravian-Silesian Film Office and the POHO2030 project, in cooperation with Ostrava Kamera Oko, organize a guided walk through the mountainous landscape of Karviná. This area, heavily affected by coal mining in the past, offers unique scenery and visual qualities that make it popular with artists, filmmakers, and photographers, among others. The route of the walk will lead from Horní Suchá through interesting places of mining history to the Church of St. Peter of Alcantara, which has more of a list than the tower of Pisa in Italy.
