Filip Hájek
Filip Hájek comes from the north of Bohemia. He fell for the camera when he was 8 years old, and already back in his childhood, he shot his first amateur pictures. In high school, he was recruited to a local developing production, with which he has been shooting ever since. After high school, he attended the higher film school Michael in Prague for less than two years, from where he went to FAMU. Now in his second year, he is continuing his master’s studies. At FAMU, he collaborates with director Vojta Konečný, with whom he made the film “Rose In The Dark ” which was selected for the Camerimage Film Festival in Toruń, Poland, in the School Panoroma Etudes section. He gained experience working with Czech and foreign productions, such as The Wheel of Times, Bohemian, and Atlantic Crossing, during his studies.
