Filip Marek

Filip Marek graduated from the camera department at FAMU in Prague. During his studies, he has already worked on many short films (e.g., “Frontier” – directed by Damián Vondrášek), music videos, and commercials, as well as on the TV series “Professor T” (directed by Tomáš Mašín) and “Mosaic” (directed by Jasmina Blaževič). His larger projects include a music video for French musician Stromae and a global campaign for the Fanta brand with director Daniel Lundhem. His first feature film, “Restore Point,” directed by Robert Hloz, premiered at the Karlovy Vary Film Festival in the summer of 2023. Filip has worked worldwide with production companies such as Smuggler, ProdCo, KODE Media, Hamlet, and Stink, shooting with directors such as Ian Pons Jewell, James F. Coton, ManVsMachine, and Jara Moravec.
