Tomáš co-founded the music collective and label Gin&Platonic, a full-time social worker and a dramaturge of the film club at the Provoz Cultural Center in Ostrava. As part of Ostrava Kamera Oko, he presented, for example, the work of Vadim Kostrov, a young Russian director living in exile, or the European premiere of He Thought He Died, a film by Canadian experimentalist Isiah Medina.
