Jan Baset Střítežský

Jan Baset Střítežský studied at the Department of Cinematography of the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts Prague where he began to cooperate with Tomáš Luňák and Václav Kadrnka on their student films. He still works with both of them. As director of photography, he worked on Luňák’s film Alois Nebel (2011) and Kadrnka’s short film Elegy of Wood (2009). They are currently working on Kadrnka’s second feature film Little Crusader. He worked on films The House (2011, directed by Zuzana Liová), Polski Film (2012, directed by Marek Najbrt), Fair Play (2014, directed by Andrea Sedláčková) and Nowhere in Moravia (2014, directed by Miroslav Krobot).
