Nazar

Nazar‘s music world addresses the issue of extreme violence, injustice and repression by the state in Angola, where its roots are interfering. He was brought up in Belgium, but after the Civil War he returned to Angola and began to create his own “rough” form of local Kuduro music. In his latest EP, The Enclave, it presents the harsh everyday life of local life and the hope for the future of this African country. Look for his work under Hyperdub Records.
