Yvon Teysslerová

 

Yvon Teysslerová is a Czech cinematographer born in 1980 in Prague. Before she went to the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, she had studied cinematography at the Film Academy of Miroslav Ondříček in Písek. She participated in the first Kamera Oko Festival with Julie Loves Shakespeare, her 16 mm graduation film from Písek. In 2012, her film The Final State of Matter won an award at Ostrava Kamera Oko. She has spent last year working on three documentary portraits of important Czech artists. Yvon Teysslerová is also a photographer. She focuses on black-and-white photography and she has been shifting from digital to analogue in the course of her career.
