DAGMAR SEDLÁČKOVÁ
Dagmar Sedláčková is a Czech film producer at MasterFilm. She studied film science at Charles University and production at FAMU. She has produced documentary films such as Na krev (2020) and Dobrá smrt (2018), the currently most-watched OnePlay original Kauza Kramný (2024), and the award-winning true crime podcast Pohřešovaná (2020) for Audionaut. Her films have been screened at prestigious festivals such as Cannes, Locarno, Berlinale, and Annecy; her short film Reconstruction (2018) was also nominated for the European Film Awards. She is a graduate of the Eurodoc and EAVE workshops, a member of the EFA, and co-founder of the Girls in Film Prague platform. She co-produced the Ukrainian film The Butterfly’s View, which was screened in the Un Certain Regard competition at the Cannes International Film Festival in 2022. She returned to Cannes this year with her feature debut Caravan by director Zuzana Kirchenrová, which was the first majority-produced film in the official Cannes program in 31 years, in the Un Certain Regard competition.
