In this intimate story, five characters strive to shape the world around them and, in doing so, find their own unique place in it. The author strives to write a masterpiece, a bar dancer wants to become a singer, and an artist longs for recognition and fame. We Must Live is an expression of defiance, but also of hope that we can take control of our own destinies. Where will the effort to live our own stories lead each of us?
