Group hypnosis

led by Andrea Scheans | 45 min.
Group hypnosis led by a professional therapist in the cinema space. Hypnosis, an auxiliary psychotherapeutic method, consists primarily of concentration and controlled suggestion. In this altered state of consciousness, which will be induced in the participants by narrative imagery, the boundaries between the possible and the impossible fall, the inner resources of the personality are strengthened, and the quality of perception may change. A screen projection will be used to fix the gaze when entering hypnosis.

Andrea Scheans is an analytically oriented psychologist working at the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital and in the Clinical Psychology Department. She combines Jungian psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and deals with clinical-psychological diagnostics.

Hypnosis will be conducted in Czech language.
